We've been purchasing Charmin for many, many years now, but this last purchase beats the band. We bought (2# 12 pack double rolls #24 total) and every single roll looks like it was cut with a very dull chainsaw. What happened to your Q.C.? There are shards of paper everywhere, especially where you don't want shards of paper. Totally dissappointed. I felt store return would not be fair, because this is definately not the store's fault. I'm not sure what prompted the need for an "ultra strong" toilet paper. Are people planning to carry around 5 pound poops with them? This stuff is stiff, scratchy and useless. It's hard to believe it's even related to the Charmin product lines. If you love soft, stay away from this! Collapse

I have tried many bathroom tissue brands. Charmin Ultra Stong is by far the best that I have used!!! It is strong and durable in my household. I like to get the Mega Roll and it lasts a lot longer because you get more on the roll and you don't have to use as much when you have to "go". I highly recommend this product. Collapse

Our family loves this product. We have noticed, however that the quality often varies, especially when we purchase different roll sizes. The main problem I have is that it is hard to compare prices because sometimes the "giant" roll size is 220 sheets, and sometimes it is 209. I find this deceiving. Collapse

I have been trying to find contact information for Charmin online but have had no luck. The number on the packaging (800-777-1410) only provides a useless recording that offers no option to speak to a live person. I bought a 12-pack of Charmin rolls and they smell like bleach. I realize toilet paper is bleached to be white but I have been using toilet paper all my life (yes, really) and I have never encountered something like this. I do not know if it is safe to use! I have tried calling, but cannot get through to a real person, so I cannot even ask if it is safe. Can someone from Charmin PLEASE contact me? I want to file a complaint but Charmin is making it impossible. Collapse
